1. You must have GO Launcher and corresponding Go Widgets installed (search "GO Launcher EX" or "Go Widgets" to download).
2. To apply the theme within GO Launcher EX: Menu -> Themes -> Choose “GreenGlow" theme.
3. To apply the theme for widgets, just long press titlebat of each widget and select themes, and choose Green Glow.
